MENTAL HEALTH

Everyday pressures can put a strain on anyone's mental wellbeing, even more so with the high demands of a contract based work model.

Suffering from emotional pain or addiction can be very overwhelming, especially when dealing with it on your own. We have researched and created a list of resources that provide support and can help boost your mental health through difficult times.

If you are in distress, please contact your nearest distress centre (https://suicideprevention.ca/need-help/). If it is an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency department.

Call 211 - If looking to further research the network of community, social, and government based services in Ontario regarding mental health.
